Kristina is my acupuncturist and friend. Working on this project is how we spend time together. Can't imagine when it's done. She's a true artist and fearless about making stuff. She's made the most beautiful tiles, creating these lovely scenes by pressing flowers and twigs and whatnot from my yard into the clay. They are so gorgeous. Glazing has been a real treat, i'm experimenting with recipies and really playing. The bulk of the tiles are very dark blues and greens and wintery colors. The whole thing hasn't come together yet, but it will. And it will be wonderful.
