Suvi has this great little 40's bungalow in the Zilker area, it's all tricked out, just adorable. We are making a floral walkway leading to her front door. I'm particularly thrilled to be doing this project. It is truly going to be the sweetest thing! We have already decided on green grout and it's largely going to be just flowers up the walk. With the occasional bug and whatnot.
I've fallen in love with these collaborative projects where everyone is of one spirit and all of their hands are in the mix. Suvi has a good army of gal pals who all wanted to play. The women were all so different from each other ~ in age, cultural background, style. This is going to be like world music, only flowers.
Our first flower making session - flowers and mimosas, i think twas called.
